Adults

All adults, whether they are in employment, or studying at undergraduate or post-graduate level, share the issues faced by people with Specific Learning Difficulties. These include Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, deficits in Attention, Memory and Processing, and Expressive Language Difficulties. Commonly the process of support begins with assessment:

Assessment
Individual diagnostic assessments are handles with sensitivity and insight and they explore the profile and the pattern pf strengths and weaknesses.

Where appropriate a Workplace Needs Assessment can be conducted. Recommendations are made for appropriate reasonable adjustments at work as well as a training programme and items of equipment which support the individual. The report can be used to apply for Access to Work funding.

Support
There is expert support for adults. The experienced team of trainers  draw on a great depth of experience; a wide knowledge of the range of specific learning difficulties;  and a keen understanding of how to get effective change, to inform a training programme which is then planned with the individual in conjunction with their own priorities and needs.
